Annual WWSF Recognition Dinner
The annual WWSF Recognition Dinner will be held at 7:00pm on Saturday, March 2 at Chula Vista Resort in the Grand Ballroom. Cocktail reception begins at 6:00pm. Dinner at 7:00pm. The program begins at 8:15pm.
Join us as we recognize award winners and recipients from throughout Wisconsin. The program also features any potential Wisconsin Water Ski Hall of Fame inductees.
You and your guest(s) have the following choices when registering to attend the dinner. Be sure to make a selection for each dinner attendee.
Bourbon Glazed Chicken - marinated in bourbon Asian inspired spices with a hint of ginger, apple cider, and cognac. Served with baby red roasted potatoes. Gluten-free.
Panko Encrusted Walleye - walleye fillets dipped in seasoned flour, egg batter, and panko. Served with a cranberry tartar sauce and wild rice pilaf.
Three Cheese Ravioli - tossed in homemade marinara sauce and placed on a bed of parmesan dusted spinach.
