Coaching is intended for individual performance of skills listed below.
Ballet
Swivel
Jump
Barefoot
Wakeboard
Hydrofoil
Trick (3-event & show)
Slalom (3-event & show)
Strap Doubles (if allowed)
Saucer
Boat Driving
Objectives of the Digital Coaching Program
To encourage individuals to seek out help with intermediate and advanced skills development.
To encourage subject matter experts to give back to the sport by coaching and mentoring.
Program Details & Guidelines
Program is effective July 24, 2020 through September 30, 2020.
All WWSF members are eligible to seek out coaching.
All participants must also be current members of USA Water Ski & Wake Sports.
No age restrictions or limitations.
Must follow all state/local laws related to boating and water skiing.
Must follow all applicable (USAWS&WS, NSSA, etc.) water skiing rules and requirements.
Must follow all state/local guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19.
Limit of 3 submissions per individual over the duration of the program.
The WWSF reserves the right to modify and/or cancel program at any time without notice.
Program Specifications
Coaching is by way of critiquing a video that is uploaded and/or emailed to the coach.
Individual submitting request is seeking feeback/advice to achieve success and/or execute properly..
Participants can expect to receive feedback, suggestions, tips, advice, etc. in the form of a reply or phone call.
Coaches to provide one complimentary "session" or critique per submission.
Additional follow up discussion is at the sole discretion of the coach.
Coach to inform appropriate WWSF Sport Discipline Director if overwhelmed with requests.
Coaches to keep track of names of all who receive coaching.
Lists provided to WWSF for tracking and recognition purposes.
Coaches may include current or former USA Water Ski Show Team members from Wisconsin, past Think Tank instructors, etc.
